A pub with history
The Three Horseshoes has been part of East Worldham for generations. CAMRA describes it as a 300-year-old pub, with two open fires for winter and an attractive garden for the summer months. It also notes the pub’s interconnected drinking and dining areas and its extensive menu.
Today, Mark and Alison continue that tradition with a pub that brings together food, drink, rooms, local character and a genuine welcome for villagers, visitors, walkers, cyclists, families and guests staying overnight.
East Worldham and the local area
The pub is set in East Worldham, close to Alton and surrounded by Hampshire countryside. The current site mentions nearby walking routes and points visitors to Walk Alton for routes that lead to or past The Three Horseshoes.
It is a great base for countryside walks, cycling, local stays and exploring Jane Austen country, with food, drinks and dog-friendly rooms waiting when you return.
